Drop-In Lab Skills Refresher Workshop

 

The MCDB Community Committee invites UCSB biology students to a REU Writing Workshop focused on preparing strong applications for NSF and NIH Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REUs). These 8-week, paid summer research programs support students exploring research careers, graduate school, or medical school. Participants will receive peer feedback on application materials and guidance from MCDB faculty and students who have successfully secured REU funding. No prior research experience required.

 

A welcome to the Biology Major for first year undergraduates. Hosted by both Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology as well as Ecology, Evolution, and Marine Biology Departments.
